Frequently asked questions
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. Both programs are free to join. Solutions Providers invest in certification (Fundamentals is free; exam vouchers come with each tier), and affiliates need only a link.
What is the difference between a Solutions Provider and an affiliate?
A Solutions Provider works with customers: setting up the AI Hub, building on it, training teams and supporting them. They earn a revenue share for as long as they are a customer’s provider. An affiliate recommends VeraGen with their own link and earns 25% of each referred customer’s subscription payments in their first 12 months.
Can I join both programs?
Yes. Choose “Both” when you apply. Each member of a Solutions Provider organization can also hold their own affiliate link.
How do tiers work?
Tiers count the people in your organization who hold an Advanced VeraGen certification, checked against VeraGen’s certificate records: 1 for Bronze, 3 for Silver, 5 for Gold. Your tier updates when a certification is added.
What is a Provider of record?
The partner a customer has chosen to help them. The customer names or approves their provider in the AI Hub (Account, then Partner). A customer who signs up through your link starts with you as their provider. They can change it at any time.
How and when am I paid?
Amounts are calculated automatically each month. Commission is earned once a customer’s payment clears and passes a 30-day refund hold. Payouts are monthly through Stripe to the payout account you connect, with a $50 minimum; smaller balances roll over.
How long does the affiliate cookie last?
60 days, and the last click wins. If someone clicks your link and subscribes within 60 days, without clicking another partner’s link after yours, the customer is yours.
Do I need a VeraGen ID?
Yes, and you may already have one. If you signed up on VeraGen Learn or the VeraGen AI Hub, use that same VeraGen ID as a partner. Your profile and certifications are shared with Learn. If you do not have one, we invite you to create it when your application is approved. Each VeraGen system is registered separately: your ID gets you into the Partner Portal once you are a partner, and you can register with VeraGen Learn (free) or the VeraGen AI Hub (a paid plan) with the same ID whenever you like.
How long does approval take?
We review every application within 2 business days and email you either way. If we need more, we ask.
Do I keep my own service fees?
Yes, all of them. You set and invoice your own fees for setup, building, training and support; VeraGen takes none of it.
Can individuals become Solutions Providers?
Yes. Freelancers and independent consultants can join as individuals. One Advanced certification makes you Bronze.
Where can I get certified?
On VeraGen Learn. Start with AI Hub Fundamentals, which is free, then work through Professional and Advanced certifications for the apps you use most.

Solutions Providers
- Revenue share by tier (20%, 25%, 30%) on customers you are Provider of record for, every month they keep you

- You contract with and invoice your own clients; VeraGen takes nothing from your fees

Affiliates
